Creative trials....

Hi frenz, I recently moved to Banlgore, I'm very bored staying at home alone thorugh out the day. Initially I was quiet busy, cleaning house, arranging things etc etc. I was always preoccupied by some work. Now after 2 month I hardly find anything to do at the day time. I finish my house hold work, browse for sometime, help my cousin in her project work, then.... nothing else to do. Today I came across empty bottles at my home, I have acrylic paints and brush too...what else????  I just started painting on the bottles. Though I'm not very good at painting (to be frank I'm worst at it :( ). I just wanted to give a try, when I did this is what turned out.   After looking at these paintings my husband has seriously decided to join me in  Art classes. It's not because he's impressed, but to encourage me, so that I can create more beautiful work ... hmmmm.  Hope you guyz like them....shoot your comments on these. Cheers, ...

Love is....

I've seen many Love quotes, sayings, poems etc. Many explains the deeper meaning of it, few has  complexity in their explanation. This one quote explains it all....I love this one. I know this is most familiar and most used quote. So I wanted to present it a beautiful way, here it is..... Pic: Edited using Textures by Ruby blossom Flickr link. Miss you amma...

Happy mother’s day! Last year on this occasion I posted a post on my grandmother and her love towards me.  One   year after the post I’m only left with her memories, she left me on 15 th march of this year. I miss her so very much, I miss her unconditional love, I miss her beautiful shyish smile, I miss her love towards me....I feel like crying out and call her back. I have many more feelings filled in my heart which are really tough to express here. I donno where she is, but where ever she is I wish her to rest in peace.   Vrinda. Yes we did it!!

We  are World champions!!!!! ooooh hoooooo!!!! 30th March 2011 and 2nd April 2011 are the days I can never forget in my life. Such a wonderful feeling, that we are world Champions, we have beaten Australia (3 times world champs) in quarter finals and Pakistan (a team with extra ordinary bowling line) in semis. It was the proudest moment for each and every Indian. What a game!! truly exciting and breathtaking. Each and every team member performed excellently (except Sreeshanth). My family members are great fans of Sachin Tendulkar. We all were praying just for the sake of him, we wanted to see him lift that beautiful trophy. I enjoyed the match more and more because my parents came from Hyderabad to Bangalore on visit. They were present for both the exciting matches. Those two days are memorable days in our life.    The whole nation salutes you guyz!! Jai hind. ~ Vrinda.

T is for Time

Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) is referred to solar time at royal observatory in Greenwich , London . I’ve been to this place in the year 2008 on my B’day. This pic is little blurred, as I cropped it and made some changes for a better view of this clock.  Greenwich clock with  standard measurements down there. There is a meridian line where you can at a time be on 2 different poles of earth (North Pole and South Pole). If you are in UK and never visited this place, then please go and visit it. If you are visiting UK then don't miss this place. It's fun to be here, esp for kids. This post is posted at Alphabe- Thursday . Cheers, Vrinda.
